A Silent Retreat
Hridaya Yoga Center’s mantra is to live with an open heart and introspect about who we are. Hridaya means ‘Spiritual Heart’ and refers to the core of our being. It is a unique yoga school based in Mazunte, Mexico with satellite centers in Longeval, France, and Sânpetru, Brașov, Romania, with affiliated centers in several other countries and certified teachers around the world.
